This place is absolutely amazing. I am on orders and called to get flowers. she put together arrangements for my daughters. Of course, had to make sure the arrangements were matching- gave her a budget and she made them beautifully! got them delivered same day! Thank you so much!

I ordered some flowers to be sent to my sister in Texas, I’m in Arkansas. I called them (because their website was a bit tricky), and Ray, the lady who helped me, was super kind and got everything squared away for me. I got a confirmation that the flowers had been delivered, but it turns out, the flowers were delivered to the wrong address. **That was totally on me—I entered the wrong address when I ordered.*** I called Ray to find out where the flowers went and so I could get my sister to pick them up. She contacted the delivery service, and they said they delivered to the ‘right’ address. The thing was, the address I entered didn’t even exist! After some back and forth, Ray told me the delivery company should have called my sister (since her number was on the order) before leaving the flowers at an incorrect address. The best part? Ray didn’t just brush it off. She re-sent the flowers to the correct address, no questions asked! She said it’s common sense to verify the delivery info with the customer before leaving them at an address not even on the order. I just want to highlight how important good customer service is—especially when customers make mistakes. Ray could have easily

I ordered both of these arrangements late January to be delivered on Valentine’s day for my mother and sister, they arrived early morning and were just as beautiful as the pictures. All together with delivery as well I payed about 150, the cards had had each personalized message exactly as written. My new go to in killeen for flowers for sure.

On time delivery of a small "designer's choice" bouquet has me thinking of Sunshine for my future floral needs in Killeen. The bouquet shows that the shop has a solid selection, arrangement skill, and tastes that suit the clientele. The ordering process was simple and quick and the final product was lovely. Would order again.

I made a order over the phone for same day delivery for my grandmother’s birthday. I’m not very familiar with flower names or types nor was I able to see the flowers myself as I was calling from NY. But I just trusted them to pick the flowers and requested that they made it a colorful bunch. They absolutely went above and beyond. It was the most thoughtful arrangement. They were very upfront about what they did and did not have in stock. They were patient, polite and professional and explained all my options. They confirmed price and payment twice before processing! There were absolutely no hidden fees or additional charges. It was a breeze I will be supporting and recommending them in the future! Thanks so much my grandmother was overjoyed. I’m glad I went with my gut and tried them despite some of the negative reviews as some seemed a bit exaggerated. Try them for yourselves!
